The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that in view of the order passed by the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities on 5th August, 2021 a fresh writ petition is required to be filed.

The learned advocate seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh on the new set of facts.

Leave sought for by the petitioner is allowed. WPA 12379 of 2021 stands dismissed "as withdrawn" with leave to file afresh on the new set of facts. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
