Mr. Ziaul Haque ... for the appellant Mr. Himadri Kumar Mahata ... for the respondents The learned advocates for the appellant as well as respondents have filed an application being CAN 5 of 2024, inter alia, stated that the disputes between the parties have been amicably settled in view of the averments made in Paragraph 4 of the said application. Accordingly, the parties have filed a compromise application along with a sketch map depicting the dispute over the path ways to have been resolved between the parties.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal and connected applications are disposed of.

Interim order if any stands vacated.

Lower court records be sent down to the concerned trial court forthwith.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
