Petitioners have challenged the continuance of Raghunathgunj Police Station Case No.82 of dated 24.01.2024. The investigation of the case is in progress. The summary of the allegations reflects that there was a strike made by a sharp cutting weapon (Hansua).

In view of the investigation progressing, this Court is not in a position to interfere in view of the facts which have been divulged by the complainant. Petitioners are granted liberty to take up all the issues canvassed in the present revisional application at the stage of consideration of charges.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1858 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
