Learned Advocate appearing for the appellant draws the 02.08.2022 Sl.6 Court No.29 (AD) attention of the Court to the fact that the appellant preferred another appeal prior in point of time being CRA 424 of 2018 which was dismissed by the judgment and order dated April 27, 2022 passed by the Coordinate Bench.

The present appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated June 27, 2018 and June 28, 2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur in Sessions Trial No.32(12)15 arising out of Sessions Case No.315 of 2015.

CRA 424 of 2018 was against the same judgment and order of the same learned Judge passed in the same Sessions Trial Case. In such view, the present appeal is not maintainable. The department will record disposal of CRA 237 of 2021 as not maintainable.
