Arambagh Municipality is directed to conclude the proceeding, pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the parties.

The Municipality, if required, may afford further opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and thereafter pass a reasoned order in the matter.

Steps shall be taken to conclude the proceeding at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 1st June, 2022 to the Arambagh Municipality at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The writ petition stands disposed of.
