It appears from the record that the present petitioner is not the principal accused. It further appears that investigation is complete and charge sheet has already been submitted. There is no need for custodial detention of the present petitioner. Accordingly, I am inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail. 2.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely Bula Mahadani @ Bola Mahadani shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and shall abide by the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

In case the petitioner fails to adhere to any of the conditions mentioned in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the learned Court below shall be entitled to cancel the anticipatory bail without further reference to this Court. 4.

The application for anticipatory bail stands allowed. 5.
