1. The present revisional application has been filed, inter alia, praying for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 420 of 2021, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 3rd Court at Howrah.

2. At the time of hearing of this application, Ms. Ghorai, learned advocate representing the plaintiffs/petitioners would submit that the injunction application filed by the plaintiffs/petitioners on 27th July, 2021 is still pending and is yet to be disposed of. Having regard thereto, she prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of such injunction application.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for, the aforesaid revisional application is taken up for consideration without prior service of notice on the opposite parties.

4. Having heard the learned advocate for the

petitioners and considering the fact that the injunction application filed by the plaintiffs/petitioners is still pending and taking note of the fact that the defendant nos. 1, 2 and 3 have already filed their written objection, I am of the view that the learned Judge be directed to take steps to dispose of the aforesaid injunction application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order unless in the meantime the same has been disposed of.

5. With the above observations and directions the revisional application is disposed of.
