Jayanta Narayan Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Pravas Bhattacharya, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities. Mr. Chatterjee, at the inception, submits that since all the documents could not be enclosed along with the present revisional application, he intends to file a fresh revisional application. As such, the present revisional application, according to him, may be withdrawn.

In view thereof, this CRR 1810 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh by enclosing documents relating to the charge-sheet, order taking cognizance as also copies of Section 207 of the CrPC.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently

disposed of.
