The instant revisional application has been filed assailing the order dated 2nd January, 2024 passed in connection with M. Execution Case No.503 of 2018 wherein the learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Alipore issued warrant against the petitioner/husband for non-payment of maintenance allowance. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/ husband has submitted that warrant issued by the order dated 2nd January, 2024 has already been recalled after payment of all arrear sum involved in the execution case.

In these circumstances, it appears that the instant revisional application has become infructuous. 4.

As such, the revisional application stands dismissed as infructuous.

All parties shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
