Mr. Pradip Kumar Roy, learned advocate appears for the respondent nos. 1 to 4, 7 and 8.

The petitioners being the Co-operative Bank submit that, the defaulted loan amount has been paid by the respondent no.13 and it has no further claim on this score against the respondent no.13 who obtained loan from the Co-operative Bank and defaulted.

Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner has received a written instruction from the Co-operative Bank dated June 20, 2024, the same is taken on record. In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 12661 of 2024 stands dismissed as not pressed.

Interim order, passed on May 14, 2024 stands discharged and vacated.
