The petitioner has complained to the Karaya Police Station that the private respondents have interrupted the water supply to his premises. 2.

Admittedly, there is civil suit being T.S. No. 205 of 2016 between the parties pending before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 2nd Court at Alipore.

The petitioner may apply for appropriate interim relief in the civil suit, if otherwise maintainable in law. Alternatively, the petitioner may explore independent civil remedies.

The Karaya Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
