Petitioner is the Managing Committee of the School in question representing through one of the members being Headmaster and it is the grievance of the petitioner that several representations have been made by the Managing Committee and one of such representations is 8th December, 2015 at page 66 of the writ petition made to the District Inspector of School (S.E.), Burdwan/respondent no 5 for sanction to fill up the vacancy of the teachers in the school. Since the school is suffering and the interest of the students have been seriously hampered and it is the grievance of the petitioner that inspite of repeated representations as annexed to the writ petitions, the respondent No. 5 is sitting over the said representations and not considering the same.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 5 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order and

after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his unauthorized representative within six weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 10553 of 2019 is disposed of.
