The petitioner is an unmarried daughter of the deceased Headmaster of Raiganj Coronation High School, District: West Dinajpur.

The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition with the grievance that her prayer for family pension has not been attended.

Mr. Chattopadhyay, learned counsel for the State, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, necessary pension payment order has been issued in favour of the petitioner.

Mr. Jahan, learned counsel for the school authorities, submits that his client has already issued "No Liability Certificate" in favour of the petitioner. In view of the aforementioned developments, the grievance of the petitioner has already been addressed, as such no further order(s) need be passed in this matter.

WPA 11017 of 2022 is thus disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
