Having perused the record, we have noticed that the petitioners had raised the grievance in the petition against the encroachment on public cremation ground land situated at Dag No.238, Khatain No. 1, J. L. No.90, Mouza - Erasal, District - Purba Medinipur.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted the report before this Court disclosing that the alleged unauthorized construction has been removed by the PWD.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and nothing survives in this petition which is accordingly dismissed.
