Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private respondents are trying to grab the property of the petitioner and to that extent they are adamant and are disturbing the possession over the plot, forcibly trying to enter the land and hurling abusive languages when protests are being raised by the petitioner. Such information was forwarded to the Officer-in-Charge of Panskura Police Station by the petitioner. However, no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that there have been suppression of facts as similar complaints have already resulted in filing of final report.

Be that as it may, having considered the nature of the accusations so addressed by the Officer-in-Charge, Panskura Police Station, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional courts for appropriate reliefs. Police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the inimical relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11883 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
