1. CRAN 1 of 2024 is an application for extension of the order of interim bail that was passed on September 24, 2024. The order was directed to be operative till the end of November, 2024. This application was filed on November 26, 2024.

2. The State files a report. Let the same be kept with the records.

3. We see that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of interim bail. The next hearing has been fixed by the learned trial Court on January 10, 2025.

4. In view of the aforesaid, we are inclined to confirm the interim bail. Let the order of interim bail stand reinstated and the interim bail stands confirmed on the same terms and Signed By :
