Under such circumstances, this Court appoints Mr. Biswabrata Basu Mallick, learned Additional Government Pleader, to represent the State, his appointment be regularized, copy of the writ petition be served upon Mr. Basu Mallick.

The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject History at Sankarpur Narayan Vidyapith, P.O.-Bankibheri, Bhagwanpur-I, District: Purba Medinipur, he is praying general transfer.

The petitioner had applied for such transfer under 'Utsashree Portal' on the ground of illness of his spouse, his application was returned with the remarks that the requirement of furnishing certificate of the concerned CMOH has not been complied with,

besides the Medical Board has found that the disease of the petitioner's spouse is not serious. This Court does not find any reason to entertain the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer.

WPA 11026 of 2022 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
