Learned advocate for the State refers to the instructions given by the State to the learned advocate and submits that the police registered FIR against the petitioner also. Under the order of the jurisdictional court, the complaint of the petitioner and the complaint as against the petitioner were amalgamated and the investigations in the complaints are in progress. In such circumstances, the police taking steps as noted above, further interference by a writ court is not called for. WPA 12345 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
