The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in the subject English at Town School, Calcutta, District Kolkata.

The West Bengal Central School Service Commission, following the notification bearing Notification no. 216/SE/S/10M-09/2023 dated February 10, 2023 issued by the School Education Department, Secondary Branch, Government of West Bengal regarding policy for rationalization of teachers working in recognized non-Government aided/sponsored Secondary Schools in the State has recommended the transfer of the petitioner to Chatta Subid Ali Institute, District- 24-Parganas (South) vide recommendation Memo No.

60/6965/CSSC/GT/ 2023 dated April 18, 2023.

The petitioner is 80% disabled, considering the same, her recommendation for such transfer has been withdrawn.

In view of such development, challenge to the said recommendation has become infructuous.

W.P.A. 11821 of 2023 is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
