Mr. Chittapriya Ghosh Ms. Priyanka Saha ..for the petitioner The petitioner prays for family pension being widow daughter of the deceased. It appears that the Sub-Inspector of Schools, Patharpratima, South 24 Parganas sent the family pension file to the District Inspector of Schools (PE), South 24 Parganas on 05.04.2022 but no step has been taken thereafter. I direct the respondent no.4 i.e. the District Inspector of Schools (PE), South 24 Parganas to take a decision in this matter within a period of six weeks after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks thereafter and to communicate the same to the petitioner.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
