24.06.2022 Item No.44.

Mithun Ct.42 CRR 2017 of 2022 Mukund Mohan Vs.

The State of West Bengal & Anr.

Petitioner... (in person).

It appears from the instant revision that the petitioner has filed the revisional application against a case instituted by his wife/opposite party under different provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. In this revision, he has also challenged the order passed in Execution Proceeding arising out the said application under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. It is also submitted by the petitioner in person that he wants to challenge an order of warrant of arrest issued against him in the aforesaid execution proceeding.

It is needless to say that in one revisional application, the petitioner cannot club together both the main case and the execution case and also cannot make multiple prayers.

At this stage, the petitioner wants to withdraw the case with leave of the Court to file separate applications in accordance with law.

The instant revision is disposed of as withdrawn.

The petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application before this Court.

The department is directed to hand over the certified copy of the order-sheet annexed with the instant petition to the petitioner to enable him to file appropriate application at the earliest.
