Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, since the police submitted charge-sheet, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, six liters of codeine mixture was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity of codeine mixture was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected and the application being CRM 5128 of 2021 is disposed of. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
