Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits petitioners and others had conspired to sexually abuse minors in a children's home. Prayer for bail of co-accused has been turned down.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are Aayas of the children's home. They had conspired with co-accused viz. Sumit Adhikari (owner of the premises) and one Papiya Halder (a nurse of the home) to sexually abuse minor girls kept in the home. In view of gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
