1. It appears from the record that 88 kgs of ganja was recovered from the vehicle of the present petitioner. He is in custody for more than 9 months.

2. It appears that although the other accused persons were granted bail, the present petitioner was not standing on the same footing since there is CDR and money trails involving the present petitioner with the principal accused.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. Thus, the application for bail being C.R.M. (NDPS) 1129 of 2026 stands disposed of.

6. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
