Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation which was advanced with the Officer-in-Charge, Tarakeswar Police Station dated 06.05.2025 was not considered.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that Tarakeswar Police Station Case No. 192/2025 dated 24.05.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate for the private respondents, on the other hand, submits that the private respondents are co-owners of the property.

Be that as it may, since the primary grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 11709 of is disposed of.
