The appeal is numbered as FMA 646 of 2025 and was filed on 1st April, 2025.

The contempt application has been filed on 20.05.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been served with the appeal papers only on 29th July, 2025.

Considering the fact that an appeal has been preferred against the order of which willful violation is alleged, the contempt application is not maintainable at this stage and is accordingly disposed of.
