The petitioner is represented today.

A copy of the report of Burdwan Police Station has been supplied to the petitioner.

It appears from the report that the petitioner has filed a Narazi petition to the charge sheet filed by the Burdwan Police Station in respect of FIR No. 215 of 2023. Two complaints were thereafter made to the Burdwan PS by the applicant through her advocate.

The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the police have not effected recovery of her mobile phone and gold ear ring. The recovery of stolen articles cannot be claimed as a matter of right. The police in course of investigation have made attempts to do so. The mobile

phone and ear ring are articles that can easily be disposed of without trace .

In that view of the matter, this Courts is of the view that the petitioner may pursue her Narazi petition before the concerned ACJM. This Court is satisfied with the conduct of the Burdwan Police Station.

Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt application and the same is disposed of without any further order.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

8.

There shall be no order as to costs.
