And In Re : Bikram Bala @ Bikaram Bala .... Petitioner Mr. Kalidas Saha ....for the petitioner Mr. Kunal Ganguly ...... for the State 1.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is in custody for 100 days. It is further submitted he has been falsely implicated. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the bail prayer.

3. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows she had been kidnapped, undressed and obscene video was taken. Mobile phones of the petitioner and others have been seized and further investigation to analysis of the data in the phones is in progress. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
