Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that he is unable to construct the boundary wall, although the property belongs to him. To that effect, petitioner informed the police station but no police assistance was rendered as at the time of construction of the boundary wall petitioners have been resisted by the private respondents.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report and referred to a pending criminal case being Katwa PS Case No. 340/2025 dated 05.05.2025. However, it is the specific contention of the State that petitioner is not in possession of the property but with the aid of the police he is intending to construct the boundary wall.

Be that as it may, if there is any dispute regarding the boundary line and demarcation of the boundary wall that cannot be solved with the aid of the police authorities. Petitioner would approach the appropriate authorities and if any specific direction is passed by the appropriate authorities upon the police then only the police authorities would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11711 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
