Now the petitioner demands that according to the order dated 05.04.2022 (which is annexure A-16 of the writ application), an amount of Rs. 7,000/- per month is to be paid to the petitioner by the respondent no. 9 in bank account. The petitioner has also said that two months' amount of Rs. 7,000/- each for December, 2022 and January, 2023 have not been paid and he prays for continuation of the payment of Rs. 7,000/-, as has been ordered on 05.04.2022, by the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipore.

I direct the respondent no. 9 to pay the said amount of Rs. 7,000/- every month according to the direction given in the order dated 05.04.2022 by the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Paschim Medinipore and to pay the due amount of two months, as has been indicated above, by 15 days from tomorrow. If that amount is not paid, the petitioner shall have liberty to take further steps.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
