1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The writ application has been filed praying for direction upon the respondent authorities to consider the representation dated 01.05.2026 submitted by the petitioner.

3. It appears that the said representation has been filed before the police authorities though no representation has been made before the respective Electricity Department.

4. The State has filed a report and the same is taken on record.

5. On considering the report as submitted by the State a copy of which be given to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with liberty granted to the

petitioner to make a representation before the Station Manager, Sagardighi, Murshidabad praying for relief as prayed for in the writ application and the said authority shall also consider the report filed by the State, while addressing the relief prayed for by the petitioner.
