In the order dated 04.12.2023 inadvertently typographical error crept with regard to case number i.e. CRR 1396 of 2016 instead of CRR 1396 of 2015 in the middle portion of the said order. The same may be read as CRR 1396 of 2015. The other portion of the order remains unaltered. This order be made part of order dated 04.12.2023. Necessary corrections to that effect be made by the department immediately.
