For respondent nos. 2 to 5 30.6.2025 (Item No. 2) (AB) Today the writ petition appears under the heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner for correction of an apparent typographical error of the order dated June 18, 2025.

Mr. Prasenjit Jana, learned advocate appears for the petitioner.

Ms. Poulami Chattopadhyay, learned advocate appears for respondent nos. 2 to 5/Corporation. Parties have agreed that there have been typographical mistakes in the second page of the order dated June 18, 2025.

Accordingly, by consent of the appearing parties quantum mentioned erroneously in the second page of the order dated June 18, 2025 are corrected that in the first paragraph of the second page of the order the quantum should be read as Rs.20,00,000/- in place and stead of Rs.19,70,231/-.

Identically, in the second paragraph of the second page the quantum should be read and corrected as Rs.8,00,000/- in place of Rs.7,70,231/-. The above corrections shall be incorporated and read into the order dated June 18, 2025.

Rest of the order remains unaltered and without any modification.
