Mr. Sabyasachi Chatterjee Mr. Akashdeep Mukherjee Mr. Sayan Banerjee Mr. Badrul Karim Mr. S. Roy ... for the petitioner Mr. Chatterjee, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure was filed for extension of the ad interim order of injunction but the same stood rejected and the ad interim order of injunction was not extended.

Such an order is an appealable order under the provisions of Order 43 Rule 1( r ) of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Faced with such situation Mr. Chatterjee, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the civil revisional application with liberty to approach the appropriate forum.

In the light of the submissions made by Mr.

Chatterjee, C.O. 1855 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

The petitioner is permitted to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with photostat copy thereof.
