Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, since the police submitted charge-sheet, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, commercial quantity of Phensedyl was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
