Masud ... for the State-respondent(s) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that inspite of the earlier directions passed in WPA 30077 of 2024, the police authorities did not put in their efforts. Consequent to which, there has been no progress in the investigation.

On the other hand, learned advocate for the State submits that the investigating agency has left no stone unturned to arrived at their conclusion and on completion of the investigation submitted Final Report before the learned

jurisdictional Court on or about February, 2025.

In view of the steps taken by the police authorities and the Final Report having been submitted, the petitioner is granted liberty to take out an appropriate application in case he is dissatisfied with the investigation.

Let such an application, if filed under the provisions of the BNSS, be considered and disposed of by the learned Magistrate within a period of 60 days from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11730 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over the petitioner.
