1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.
2. Mr. Saryati Datta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has produced the Case Diary and submitted that the concerned FIR in connection with Dasnagar Police Station Case No. 115 of 2015 dated 09.04.2015 under Sections 406/420/ 468/323 /506/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code was investigated and ended in FRT (Mistake of Fact).
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State has submitted that this revisional application has become infructuous.
4. From the Case Diary, I have also found that investigating officer filed FRT (Mistake of Fact) against the FIR, challenged in this revisional application.
5. Thus, being the position, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.
6. Connected applications, if any, stand disposed of accordingly.
7. Case Diary be returned.
