Perused the case diary.

The prime allegations in this case are that the petitioners and others physically assaulted the de facto complainant/lady and caused termination of her pregnancy and also sexually assaulted her minor daughter.

Considering the serious nature of allegations and the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the injury report, the bed-head ticket of the de facto complainant and the statements of the de facto complainant and her minor daughter recorded before the learned Magistrate, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 1760 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
