1. Heard the submissions of both the learned advocates.
2. The allegation levelled against the present petitioners who is the uncle of the victim girl. It is submitted that family dispute is pending between the parties. The petitioners have been falsely implicated.
3. The learned prosecution raises objection.
4. Perused the materials on record as well as the statement made by the victim girl under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, even if it is considered the family dispute is going on between the members.
5. Considering the statement, this Court finds that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at this stage.
6. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
7. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
