1. The contraband articles were recovered from the possession of the present petitioner.

2. The rigours under Section 37 of the NDPS Act are attracted in this case.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for bail is, thus, rejected.

5. Thus, the application for bail being C.R.M. (NDPS) 1132 of 2026 stands disposed of.
