The grievance of the petitioner is directed against the failure of the respondent-State authorities in demarcating the subject premises.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the land of the subject premises has been acquired by the State respondents, but there is no demarcation till date. The petitioner also contends that notwithstanding the representation dated July 24, 2021, the concerned respondent has not disposed of the same.

Mr. Bandyopadhyay, advocate, appears on behalf of the State respondents and submits that the demarcation has been taken place and no portion of the petitioner's premises has been acquired by the State respondents. In view of the fact that no portion of the petitioner's subject premises has been acquired by the State, there is

no question of granting any relief in favour of the petitioner.

Accordingly, WPA 12353 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.
