Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. The subject matter of the revisional application relates to quashing of the FIR arising out of Banshihari Police Station Case No.32 of 2020 dated 25.02.2020 under Sections 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 13(1)(a) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report.

Report reflects that the Investigation of the case is still in progress.

Having considered the nature of the allegations at this stage, this Court on issue relating to facts will not interfere. Petitioner is directed to approach this Court provided the Investigating Agency implicates the petitioner at the time of

submitting its report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1611 of 2021 is disposed of.
