To that effect, the petitioner made representations before the district administration including the Inspector-incharge of Basanti Police Station. I find that all the representations were in the month of December, 2022.

More than one year and eleven months

have passed and/or expired in the meantime.

The petitioner, if so advised, would file a fresh application before the concerned authorities, particularly, the Inspector-in-charge of Basanti Police Station, who would dispose of the representation within a period of four weeks and inform the outcome of the same to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11859 of 2023 is disposed of.
