It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the State respondents that the petitioner has filed the instant writ petition for a direction by issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents, specially, respondent No.4 to award compensation amount and pay the same in favour of the petitioner in respect of a piece of land comprising .15 decimal in Dag No.2766, corresponding to Khatian No.719/3 in Mouza Sulkuniabad within police station Hansnabad in the District of North-24-Parganas.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the respondents that the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No.4 to consider the case of the petitioner regarding payment of compensation in respect of the said land on the petitioners establishing the title over the said land which has been acquired.

In view of such submission, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a copy of the writ petition before the respondent No.4 as his representation within 15 days from the date of communication of this order and the respondent No.4 shall decide the issue regarding payment of compensation against acquisition of land within 30 days thereafter giving opportunity to the petitioner or his representative of hearing.

Under such facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
