Heard learned advocate for the petitioners. None appears on behalf of the respondents.

Affidavit-of-service is filed in Court today and be kept with the record.

Grievance of the Petitioner is that after completion of her service as a teacher, she was, however, appointed as a Guest Teacher in the School in question and she joined the school as Guest Teacher on 17.0. 2017 but his service was terminated on 18.4.2019 as Guest Teacher. She is aggrieved by such impugned order of termination on the ground that the authority issuing such termination letter is not authorized under the law. It also appears that the petitioner has not approached any authority concerned against the alleged termination order and has straightaway approached the writ Court.

This Court cannot grant any relief to the petitioner in such circumstances. However, she is given liberty to make representation before the authority concerned within two weeks and if such representation is made before the authority concerned, he will consider and dispose the same in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order within six weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

WPA 10643 of 2019 is disposed of.
