As time frame has been directed in CRM (NDPS) 1136 of 2026 (Jagdish Chakma Vs. The State of West Bengal) and the present petitioners are facing trial in connection with the same case, it is directed that prayer for bail of the present petitioners is rejected on the same grounds as the other accused person viz. Jagdish Chakma and the relief granted to the petitioner in CRM (NDPS) 1136 of 2026 be also extended to the present petitioners.

Accordingly, the application for bail, being CRM (NDPS) 1139 of 2026, is disposed of.
