Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Perused the petition. I am satisfied that sufficient averments have been made in the application for recalling the order dated 16th January, 2017. The order dated 16th January, 2017is recalled and the application for recalling being CAN No.1578 of 2017 is allowed.

Let the writ petition being WPA 9089 of 2016 be restored to the file. Let the matter appear in the monthly list of May, 2021.
