From the order sheet dated 20.5.2016 it appears that Ms. Jeenia Rudra, learned counsel informed the Court that the revisional application had become infructuous because of the fact that main application was disposed of by learned Trial Court. Under such circumstances, the revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution does not merit any consideration and is disposed of.
