1. The matter has been called on four earlier occasions, when none appeared on behalf of either of the parties.

2. Even today, when the matter is called on, neither is the petitioner represented nor has any accommodation been sought for on behalf of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner was an unsuccessful tenderer to whom a letter of intent was issued on October 15, 2018. The tenure of the work was for a period of five years, as it appears from the notice inviting tender.

4. The petitioner had challenged the order dated April 13, 2019.

5. Mr. Agarwal, learned Advocate appearing for the respondents, submits that the term of the contract has now expired and the writ petition has, thus, become infructuous.

6. In view of the aforestated, the writ petition is, dismissed.

7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
