The cause title of the matter shall stand corrected to read as "Shyamal Baran Das & Ors." In the first line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "petitioner" shall stand corrected to read as "father of the petitioners".

In the second line of the fourth paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "petitioner"

shall stand corrected to read as "petitioners' father" and in the last line of the same paragraph after the sentence 'employer's share of contribution', the following sentence shall be added, "The petitioners' father died on 27.07.2020." In the first line of the fifth paragraph of the first page of the said order, the expression "petitioner claims" shall stand corrected to read as "petitioners claim".

In the fourth line of the fourth paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression "petitioner exercised" shall stand corrected to read as "petitioners' father exercised".

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated June 30, 2022.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.
